Fort Myers                  Late April-May, 2010 

Michael stayed on the boat in Fort Myers while Sharon finished her semester at UIS.  Springfield friends Heather Dell and Pat Langley decided a road trip was in order, so drove Sharon, along with hundreds of Larabeck tee-shirts and baseball caps (souveneirs for the journey), to Fort Myers.  There  with Michael, they savored morning talks over coffee on the boat, shopped for groceries, equipment, enjoyed a long beach walk, sailed, and ate at great harbor restaurants. Needless to say, it was a wonderful time.  A few days later, on May 6th, Michael and Sharon set sail to Panama on their  incredible adventure.
